Each diffuser holds one cartridge at a time. To switch fragrances, remove the current cartridge and insert a new one.
"In progress" means your order is being prepared or shipment is imminent. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.
Tracking numbers are provided after shipment. Updates can take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's website. If nothing shows up after that, contact us.
